Trevor Brady is a Vancouver based fashion and editorial photographer with a visual language built on contrast, restraint set against rawness, simplicity set against friction. Some images are quiet and considered, built around gesture and expressed in environment holding back just enough to let the subject speak. Others push into something more graphic and unresolved, odd in a way that demands the viewer's attention longer than expected. Together they form a single sensibility, one that treats beauty as something worth complicating rather than smoothing over.
This has carried Trevor's work into L'Officiel USA, alongside Balenciaga, Fendi, Chanel, and Louis Vuitton, and into campaigns for Lululemon, Adidas, and Nike. Based in Vancouver with roots in Cape Town and Berlin, he brings an art direction background to every shoot, commercial or editorial.
